Centered on quiet breaks ~•

Now more than ever, I think it’s vital to find quiet time in your weekly agenda. The past year as been an experience no one ever imagined. The conflict and confusion has caused many educated people to pause. The core of our beliefs typically lie within us, but often can get confused by people around us.

In order to live our life more peaceful and centered, we must acknowledge who we are and what we do. How we feel is personal and internal. ... Don’t let others define your life. You will look back years later with regret if you do.

Take quiet breaks to reflect, Thinking about your feelings and journaling can help you find (or *stay*) on track to living the life you imagine. There will always be blocks and bumps, but you define the destination you are heading towards! You “hold the pen” to writing the chapters of YOUR life. Your friends, your parents, and your colleagues get their own life to write. Listen to their advice, but be extra careful to listen to YOUR inner voice!

Becoming the person you strive to be in this big world will take moments of quiet and reflection ... make time for them. Peace is not given to us... we must create it ~• 🤍🤍
