“February” is finally here. Amazing how long January can feel‼️ ••• this month I think we should “find time” for people/things that make us feel healthy- loved- happy. 🥰

How do you “find” time? Look 👀 over your weekly schedule and see what you have really committed to!!

... then determine how you FEEL about those commitments••>> Happy? Resentful? Stressed? Excited? — 🤔

Take back some of your life! Give yourself permission to let some “commitments” go, so you can make SPACE!!

... Finding time for things that build you up and make you enjoy life more is incredibly important !! If you have kiddos they will love having a happier more peaceful parent too - (Especially as we live in what feels like the twilight zone these days!) 🌀😯

No one else will find time for YOUR wellness and self improvement!! You are in charge of your journey- the good, bad and ugly. It impacts YOU, so hold yourself in power... ❤️
