Centered on living deliberate this December đź’«

Wellness is more than a workout. Trying to live life •centered• requires us to work on ways to take better care of our mind, body and spirit. Compassion, kindness and living our life intentionally CAN happen if we are willing to invest time in our journey ... Let’s try a new challenge to close 2020 ~•

Week 1 -

**Journal 4 things you are grateful for each day 

~journal thoughts and feelings you have ~ journal how you would like to live/feel better … Any notebook will do! Just reconnect with yourself.

Week 2

** Move  your body / dance, walk, do yoga 

or get some weights from the store! Find exercise you enjoy and start moving 10-20 minutes a day! We have to begin somewhere. Find an accountability pal/ Create a new habit!  

Week 3

**What are you eating !??! Eat less processed! Add more veggies & fruit to your shopping list! Eat more “whole/real food” this week ~• Take a minute to find a new healthier recipe to try! It’s amazing how good healthy can taste, and how much better we FEEL when we pay attention to ingredients we eat!

Week 4

**Take 10 minutes a day to connect

Write a letter to someone you are thinking of. Snail mail may not be “in” but it can really brighten someone’s day! If you have time, make a call to someone that is lonely or someone that means a lot to you! People love to feel appreciated and know they have made a difference! Don’t wait! 

Week 5

** Look up... look around 

If possible get out in nature...breathe in fresh air… Make time for yourself — A new book or new podcast 5-15 minutes a day can really be a perk and an escape from stress! 

Mini changes add up. 10 minutes CAN make a big difference!! 

Continue this pattern to find tiny ways to make better habits happen ... The phone, the media feed are NOT helping us feel or live better!! 

You have power within to create a more centered and healthier way of life. Never give away control of things you CAN do ... your life is ALWAYS worth the time & investment. 

Close  2020 more centered on self improvement.
