Seriously •> I used to obsess, I tried to outwork “my food mistakes” — I felt there wasn’t a happy medium or balance...but there really is! If you need to taste the candy, then DO!! One day - and a few pieces will NOT erase weeks of work. Just savor - taste it, stop acting like it’s a “treat” — it’s just food! We need food to survive. Deprivation and diets don’t work ... If you don’t believe me, look at the research!! Restrictive food “plans” work just while you stay on them!! They ALL enhance the behavior of “good” v “bad” and can destroy self worth!! 😣 ~I teach “lifestyle.” We don’t work to obsess, we work to find our version of feeling/being our best. It includes, celebrations and stress and the day to day! Eating better out of habit because it makes us feel better. It helps us align with knowing we do have self control within us …

Today is a “holiday” many celebrate... People enjoy dressing up, celebrating fall...AND there is candy around...Let it just be, and don’t use food as a reward!! ••> Be intentional as you work on “what” you eat and “why” you eat it!! ••> Healthier food relationships, help you live life more centered and really will help you feel your best!! 〰️

“Less obsession and more direction with your food” is a meaningful goal.
